Growing up, I always thought that the best veggie burger in town was from Red Mill (and it is still a darn good burger!) but my mom recently took me to Uneeda Burger located in Fremont and this burger is right up there with Red Mill. They have a farro veggie burger with this amazing sauce that I believe is horseradish and grilled mushrooms with an amazing bun that may or may not be local(Mom?) and you also have the option of a gluten-free bun or a locally made kaiser bun, which is in the picture. They also have some other delicious combinations and you can substitute the farro burger for a regular beef burger. Last time I went I shared a burger with Megan that had bleu cheese on it and I saw that they had a burger with mushrooms, black truffle oil (!!!!) and some sort of cheese, gruyere perhaps. It's just good to know that there are lots of good veggie burgers out there because, I think most who have tried it will agree, Red Mill is a tough one to beat.

This was my first ever bite! I took a picture and sent it to Alex...I don't think he appreciated it as much as I hoped he would. He just needs to try it. Oh and as if the burgers aren't good enough, the fries are amazing and I hear the shakes are up there as well. They have some yummy flavors, too. I love Seattle:)
